The ideal applicant must be enthusiastic, motivated and able to work on own initiative. Experience in a property background is prefferential however not essential. A sales environment background is a must. The ideal candidate must also be educated to A level standard or equivalent. Driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role and own car is beneficial although pools cars are available. Duties include meeting and greeting potential clients for sales and rental properties in Manchester. Other duties will include carrying out inventory check in and check outs, answering the telephone, uploading the website and any other admin tasks as required.
