Pay Rate: GBP13.43

Hours per week: Variable Shift Rota - 19:00 - 07:00 - 42 hours per week

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Security Mobile Manager to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client`s site in Warrington, Cheshire

Key Responsibilities:

Key duties include, but are not limited to:

- Conduct supervisory tasks across the entire regional portfolio of static security sites. (Including staff welfare checks, out of hours visits and other compliance checks)
- Performing routine site patrols, locks, unlocks and emergency alarm response to premises throughout the region using our Patrol vehicle.
- Undertake weekly property inspections looking for leaks, faults, and damage etc.
- Completion of detailed and articulate electronic reports via our own dedicated reporting software
- Undertake regular audits of keys and equipment.
- Assisting the Customer Service Manager with any out of hours and emergency scheduling issues
- Promote, maintain, and comply with Health and Safety legislation and company standards.
- Performance management of the site-based teams.
- Conducting employee appraisals, assessments, and training
- Liaising with our clients and their local representatives as required


About You:

- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Hold a current valid Security Guarding or Door Supervision SIA licence.
- CCTV License desirable.
- Hold Full UK manual driving licence.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Have excellent verbal, written communication, and customer service skills.
- Have experience working within the Security industry or a similar role.
- Be able to work alone and effectively manage your own time.
- Be able to drive at both day and night.
- Be competent at using both Computers and Tablet devices, with experience of using Microsoft Office or similar.
