We are currently recruiting for a Semi-Skilled Engineer to join our passionate and driven team in North London.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- To ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPM`s are completed within the contract defined time SLA`s & KPI`s so that the customer expectations are met.
- To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
- Ensure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria and surrounding area conforms to agreed company standards.
- To take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
- To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents/records are maintained accurately.
- The successful candidate must provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must therefore play its part in the overall delivery of service.
- Reporting to the Contract Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of the Blue Light Contracts within their allocated area and in accordance with the contractual SLA`s, OCS`s business policies and processes.


What we are looking for from you:

- Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
- Plumbing Trade or Fabric Trade Qualification would be beneficial although not essential
- Legionella Awareness
- Previous experience working within commercial maintenance required.
- Ability to work safely at all times and the ability to understand the contract and Health and safety requirements/regulations.
- Possess effective communication skills with the ability to write technical reports and or communicate verbally with supervisor, manager, helpdesk and client representatives.
- Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
- Ability to identify issues or risks that require escalation.
- Will need to go through CTC clearance.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure company/site safety procedures are followed at all times.
- COSHH Awareness.
- Callout requirement - 1 in 6 at present.
