Kairos Academy is a government funded vocational training and accreditation organisation specialising in selecting, training, supporting and placing hand picked apprentices into the retail sector.

As a training provider dedicated to the retail sector, we are able to offer both employers and apprentices a high quality and dedicated service. Kairos Retail Academy is a partnership between apprentices, employers and our Further Education Partners and as such we are able to offer a valuable and cost effective staffing solution to retail organisations and a valuable training and development opportunity to young people wishing to have a successful start to their career.
