This family run seaside hotel with 7 luxury en-suite letting rooms, 2 bars and Al La Carte restaurant is looking for a well organised and reliable Sous Chef to strengthen the brigade and play a key role in the day to day running of the kitchen. The hotel is popular with residents and holiday makers, is a licensed wedding venue and is busy throughout the year. Food is served in both bars, the restaurant and terrace catering for up to 200 covers on busy session. Menus are a blend of pub classics, seasonal produce and daily specials with fresh fish sourced direct from the quay. There is a separate children"s menu. The hotel is popular with surfers and walkers and benefits from trade from 2 large caravan parks nearby. As much as possible is produced in house and there is a full commercial kitchen.
