Wilson & Scott was established almost 60 years ago and has grown to be one of the UK"s largest independent specialist road marking contractors, working nationally for Local Authorities, Main Contractors, Government Departments and various other Authorities and Industrial Organisations. More recently the Company has undertaken Specialist Surfacing work on Highways, Railways, Airports, Industrial sites and Marine applications.

Annually we apply over 10 million metres of markings throughout the United Kingdom and have successfully carried out contracts in many overseas locations. The machinery used ranges from pedestrian controlled applicators to sophisticated truck mounted machines developed by the Company.

More recently, the company has broadened its range of activities to encompass Anti-Skid treatments, Coloured Cycle and Pedestrian Route Marking, and Marine and Bridge Decking using our own fully trained and highly skilled staff. Since 1985 the Company has marked the route of the London Marathon.

Our Quality Management Scheme is audited to ISO 9001:2000 and covers all the company"s activities including the Highways Agency Sector Scheme No 7.
The Company is a founder member of the Road Safety Markings Association.

The Company maintains and operates full Health & Safety, Environmental and Equal Opportunities Policies.
