Job Role:1st/2nd/3rd Line Technical support – Windows Server 2008, Hyper-V, Exchange 2010, Windows 7, Active Directory, VMWare.Bring on new cloud customers and migration from existing customer systems, including building out virtual environments for customers.Visit customer sites to perform regular reviews and any maintenance work required.Provide user training on any new systems implemented.Provide technical pre-sales support to sales team.Helping to put together virtual solutions for new customers.Logging cases and calls on the helpdesk system (CRM). Microsoft Skills:• Windows Server 2008 R2• Hyper V/VMWare• Active Directory• Exchange 2007 / 2010 / 2013• SharePoint / Dynamics CRM and SQLNetworking:TCP IP NetworkingAny Cisco experience a positive but not necessary.Personal:Good Communication Skills are key (verbally and written).Professional AppearanceDriving Licence and CarHardworking and willing to learn20-30 mile radius from NewburyExperience:Previously worked on a help desk as either first, second or third line support.Experience with migrating On-Premise solutions to cloud services would be a massive benefit.Virtualisation experience – Hyper-V and VMWare a huge benefit.Dynamics CRM experience, this will be used on a daily basis, but can be taught.
