The George Inn Wedmore is a busy and vibrant gastro desination venue set in the heart of Somerset. We require a Second Chef to join small team producing Quality Restaurant and Bar Food. Previous experience in handling fresh seasonal produce essential. NVQ 1 & 2 or equivalent required. Must be available for weekend work inc of Sunday 's, Bank holidays etc . Due to the location of the venue own transport is essential. This is NOT a live in position. Salary negotiable depending on age and experience Any other details available on request. Working strait shifts weekend and split shifts week days .All candidates must be able to demonstrate that you are either a UK / EU resident, or hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK .You must hold documents that prove eligibility to work in the UK and you must be able to speak English.
