ABOUT THE JOB

As an account handler, it will be your job to manage and grow accounts. You would be responsible for promoting our goods and services to a client with the aim of securing more than 50% - 100% of that organizations procurement of packaging.

You will be responsible for finding new accounts and developing relationships with them.

The key skills expected of you are:
- Be an excellent communicator and listener
- Good with numbers
- A creative flair that inspires and helps bring clarity to issues the client may be facing.
- Understand the detail of your client and the project at all stages.
- Ability to learn about print, packaging and design as clients will look to you for guidance and advice (you may have a qualification or demonstrate an understanding of design/ packaging/print).
- Genuine interest in brands and branding and an appreciation of the message behind them.
- Every project and client is different and you must be able to adapt and understand the importance of this.

You will be dealing with various departments including marketing, procurement and even Managing Directors so understanding who the key decision maker is, is vital to succeed.

To get the most out of this role we are looking for someone who is independent, can prove leadership, extremely dependable and efficient, a great communicator and above all, intelligent.

You will be supported by a purchasing team, customer services, accountants and designers.
