Airblast has identified a requirement to maintain a more regular contact with its customer base. This is to be done via telephone from its offices in Langtoft, Lincolnshire. The role will include making and answering calls, dealing with customers face to face and general administration work i.e. placing orders on our system. Key to this roll will be interrogating our CRM system to track those accounts that may have reduced spend or drifted away from us. Following this identification it will be the role of the successful applicant to maintain contact with that account and encourage spend. Salary will be negotionable based on experience plus a sales incentive scheme.
