We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts/Administration assistant to join our small, friendly & busy team based in Poole, following a period of growth. The role will consist of all aspects of accounts work & assisting the Operations Manager. You must be a confident team player with good communication skills, have the ability to work to deadlines & have excellent attention to detail. Common sense & initiative is a must. AAT desirable. Duties will include: Purchase Ledger Sales Ledger Credit Control Planning Liaising with Customer & SuppliersProcessing & Dispatching OrdersAd hoc Administration dutiesCandidate should possess the following attributes: Extremely organized with very strong attention to detail Ability to handle large volumes of processing and queries in pressured environment Self motivated and driven Strong system skills - Excel, Outlook, Sage Strong analytical and mathematical skills Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work well in a team Proven track record in Administration & AccountsGeneral: Salary range: £17 – £20K per annum depending on experience Hours per week: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm Probation period: 6 months Start Date: Immediate Please email CV with covering letter to: XXXXX no agencies
