The below job description will outline this position of: accounts administrator Typically, this person will work closely with the accounts team providing assistance with varied tasks. HSB Technical’s client is a very established and well-regarded business entity. Duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator: • Weekly payroll hours, consolidating and emailing to our pay roller • Updating wages journals and Pension contributions • Input supplier invoices onto Sage50. • Paying weekly wages on to the bank • Paying proforma invoices and expense claims when needed Qualifications and requirement for the Accounts Administrator: • 2 years accountancy/bookkeeping experience. • Sage50 software experience • AAT or relevant bookkeeping certification • Ability to use Excel, Word, Microsoft Office • Must be able to make it to site in Cremyll, Torpoint This vacancy is being advertised by HSB Technical who have been appointed to act as the recruitment consultancy for this role.
