A small engineering consultancy is looking to recruit an Accounts and Admin Assistant to work in our office in Hulme. It is a full time vacancy. The main duties to include the following tasks: • Data Input • Sorting Invoices • Filing Documents • Dealing with Incoming & Outgoing Mail • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries accordingly • All other associated tasks The essential requirements for this role are as follows: • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word • Typing skills • Helpful & friendly with good telephone manner Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Salary: to be discussed depending on experience Start date: immediate Please apply with a copy of your CV.
