My client is a dynamic, fast growing mailing and distribution company, specialising in “best cost” delivery of UK & International mail and
parcels. Now in their seventh year of trading, substantial growth has led to a new position within their I.T. department.
This is an opportunity to join a well established Nottingham based fulfilment, parcel and mailing company as an Applications / Software Analyst and Developer.
Individuals should be self motivated, energetic and comfortable working on their own and in a team environment. Some experience in Web design using MCV3, jQuery, Javascript, CSS and HCI trained would be highly desirable. An individual with a good feel for design and one that could demonstrate/show some examples of previous work would be a bonus.

Full time, Monday-Friday 9am – 5.30pm
You will need to have a working knowledge and proven skills in ASP, C#, .NET,
SQL, and VB and will be required to maintain existing projects as well as managing, analysing, designing and developing new ventures.

This role will suit someone who has a background in Windows and web applications and has experience building windows and web based applications using the .NET framework.
A working knowledge of JS, HTML and SQL will also be advantageous.
It is essential that all candidates have first class communication skills - both written
and verbal, must be a team player and well organised, show initiative and have the
ability to work effectively under pressure as tight deadlines will need to be met.
For the successful candidate you will be expected to learn the Company’s systems and may be required to visit clients from time to time within the UK.
