This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a fast growing Travel Specialist who is currently looking for a Junior PA with some basic HR knowledge, at their offices in Farringdon.This is a new role due to expansion and the increasing number of staff this is a new role which will encompass supporting the two Directors and their EA for all administration whilst ensuring the smooth running of all HR procedures and administrationKey responsibilities: + Support Directors and their EA on a day to day basis+ Ad-hoc administration and filing for EA/Directors+ General HR administration+ Assisting with payroll, bonuses and overtime+ Coordination of all holiday planners and shift rotas+ Recording all sickness and absence+ Reviewing CV’s and interviewing candidates+ Organisation and admin of all reviews+ Co-ordination of the induction process + Co-ordinating staff training and development + Meeting and greeting guests and clients to the officesExceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail with first class communication skills both written and verbal are a must. You will also ideally have had exposure to HR or recruitment. Skills:- SAGE- Microsoft Office- Google Mail
