Job Description

Bristol Focus is a small organisation which provides key services to the market research industry; sourcing participants for a range of research and as a market research viewing facility.

We are now looking for a dynamic individual to join the team and assist in the delivery of incoming market research recruitment projects.

An ability to confidently handle incoming and outgoing calls is essential, as you will speak to a diverse range of people every day, assessing potential participants’ suitability for the research and on occasion warm and cold calling to invite people to take part in the research plus keeping clients up to date on assignments. Previous experience in a call centre, recruitment or front of house/reception would be an advantage.

You will also assist with the marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the businesses; you will research, source and recruit respondents to participate in market research and compile advertisements to attract new market research respondents. Occasionally you may be required to do distribute marketing material in Bristol.

From time to time you may also be required to assist in the hosting of market research sessions - meeting and greeting clients & members of the public, preparing & serving food and beverages.
