Reseller Channel Management
Including: -
• Network, Liaise & Build Relationships with Reseller Sales Teams
• Manage UK & Worldwide Reseller Partners (6-8+)
• Build/Maintain/Update Reseller Channel
• Manage, Attend & Exhibit at Industry/Reseller Events
• Maintain Reseller Pricing Structure/Model
• Reseller Sales Training/Product/Industry/Technology Updates
• Design, Issue & Maintain Sales Literature & Presentations

Event/Exhibition Attendance
Including: -
• Manage Exhibition Attendance & Products
• Liaise with Marketing on Campaign Strategies & Active Solutions
• Promote/Sell WS Products at Key Industry Events

Salesforce CRM Administration

• User Account Management
• CRM Reporting
• Workflow & Approval Processes
• Lead Management
• Data Migration
• Email Integration
• Data Management

Pre-Sales

Pre-Sales/Sales Infrastructure
Including: -
• WS Solution/BOM Design
• Complete WS Product Pricing Structure
• Management of Product Price Books/Lists
• Website Web to Lead Management & Integration
• Administration of Product Quotation Templates
• Maintenance of Quotation & Sales Terms & Conditions

Product Design & R&D
Including: -
• Liaise with Product Manufacturers/Roadmap Forecasting – Components
• Manage Chassis Design Engineers – Taiwan/Los Angeles
• Bill of Material Calculations & Formulas
• Manage Product Packaging & Brand Usage (See Marketing)
• Monitor Competitor Product Design/Development
• Liaise with WS Production/R&D Team to Feed Back Information to Manufacturers

Vendor Management
Including: -
• Work Closely with Major Industry Technology/Product Manufacturers/Vendors (AMD, Asus, Clevo, Crucial, CoolIT, FSP, Intel, NVIDIA, PNY, Kingston, Seagate, Western Digital)
• Track Market Trends & Product Launch/Release Dates/Updates
• Utilise Vendor Marketing Strategy to Co-Promote Products (See Marketing Section)
• Attend Vendor Product Launch, Promotional, Sales Training & Round Table Events
• Promote Promo Purchasing, Call-Off, Bundle & Targeted Sales Incentives etc
• Manage Product Demonstration Hardware & Reviews (See Marketing Section0
• Manage Lead Generation Through Vendor Internet/Web Portals
• Participate Quarterly Business Reviews (WebEx, Face to Face or Other)
• Forecast Component/Product Run Rates
• Publish & Supply Data Reports with Sales Out Data
