Job Description

CSI are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our support team supporting a wide range of engineering software including 3D and 2D CAD software and Data Management. Responsibilities include:-
• Support desk
• Installation
• Configuration
• Training
• Project management
• Pre-sales technical support
The successful candidate will report directly to the Technical Manager, but will also be expected to manage their own time and priorities to ensure that customer expectations are met.
This position involves some UK travel and potentially a small amount of overseas travel.
