Develop and manage a group of partners, driving joint business objectives to meet sales targets. Work with these partners to identify opportunities Xynomix Ltd. Prospect and profile new partners to develop a sustainable revenue stream. Responsibilities: •Prospect a target partner list to win new partners and end-user opportunities. •Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and sales teams within your partner base, through telephone and email contact. •Work with your partners to identify opportunities for Xynomix Ltd and follow through to closure. •On-site visits to your partners to assist with floor walks, promotions and training. •Providing supporting information to channel partners and their commercial teams, e.g. quotations; competitive positioning; offers and promotions.•Recruit partners into the Xynomix Partner Program. •Develop joint business plans for your top partners. •Managing and executing tasks supporting training, promotional, and marketing activity, e.g. seminars; conferences; catalogues; training for channel partners. •Prompt response to enquiries and quotation requests, ensuring a satisfactory resolution in all cases. •Maintenance of partner data within our CRM system.•Weekly forecasting on new business and prospects.
