Claims Assessor/Call Centre/Sales

£13000 Basic plus Uncapped Commission
Altrincham, Cheshire

We are a Claims Management company based in Hale and focus on financial mis-selling and financial irregularities, primarily Delayed Flight Claims and Payment Protection Insurance mis-selling.

Key duties

• Ability to quickly deal with objection handling within phone calls and overcome any objections with clients or airlines/banks
• Ensure that all leads are utilised to their full potential and beyond customer’s expectation.
• Ensure daily targets are achieved and exceeded and to constantly strive to improve on service and goals.
• Build professional relationships with a range of clients.
• To provide support to colleagues as and when required.

To succeed as a Claims Assessor, you must have the following skills;

• Outbound/Call centre experience or be able to quickly prove the ability to be strong on telecommunication skills
• Target-driven
• Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
• Basic IT understanding
• Determination and motivation
