Claims Assessor/Call Centre/Sales

£16000 Basic plus Uncapped Commission
Altrincham, Cheshire

We are a Claims Management company based in the heart of Altrincham and focus on financial mis-selling and financial irregularities, primarily Payment Protection Insurance mis-selling and Credit Card charges. In addition to this we have recently started managing Personal Injury claims.
We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our growing team of Claims Assessors in our fun & lively call centre in Altrincham.

Key duties

• Ability to quickly identify the best claims options and solutions for applicants.
• To correctly match these requirements to a portfolio of claims specialists using the system provided.
• Ensure that all leads are exploited to their full potential and beyond customer’s expectation.
• To ensure daily targets are achieved and exceeded and to constantly strive to improve on service and goals.
• To review methods of sale, devise and implement strategies to maximise profit potential.
• Build professional relationships with a range of clients.
• To provide support to colleagues as and when required.

To succeed as a Claims Assessor, you must have the following skills;

• Outbound/Call centre experience
• Ideally you will have experience within the finance industry (Although full training on the role will be provided)
• Target-driven
• Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
• Proven record of success within Sales
• Basic IT understanding
• Determination and motivation
