Experienced Chartered Accountant and Account Manager wanted with ACCA/FCCA/ACA/FCA. My client, who are an expanding accountancy firm looking to grow via organic and acquisition growth in 2012/12, are now looking for a Chartered Accountant and Account Manager with ACCA/FCCA/ACA/FCA. The Chartered Accountant and Account Manager role involves managing existing clients and account management.

Requirements for the Chartered Accountant and Client Manager role:

1. You must be a Chartered Accountant with experience of handling a client base.
2. You must be comfortable working in a small team as well as independently.
3. You need to be someone who takes the initiative and enjoys contributing to the growth of a company.
4. If you have a client portfolio that you can bring with you, this would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.
5. You must be committed to a long term career with this firm.
6. The role is based in Dartford, Kent.

Salary Details

1. 30-35k Basic plus annual bonus of 20% of salary if you hit your agreed targets.
2. Study leave and help with study costs, if required.
3. Possible promotion to senior levels based on performance.
