We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commission-Based Sales Representative to promote and sell our filming and photography services. As a sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of our business.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads:
• Identify and research potential clients in the filming and photography industry.
• Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media to generate leads.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
Conduct sales presentations:
• Present our services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our filming and photography solutions.
• Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and objectives.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our services and how they align with client requirements.
Develop and maintain client relationships:
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client expectations and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information.
Negotiate and close sales deals:
• Prepare and present pricing proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Close sales deals while meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams:
• Coordinate with production and creative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders regarding client requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify new market trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role, preferably in the filming and photography industry.
• Strong knowledge of filming and photography concepts, equipment, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Compensation:
