The Role

Reporting to the Installations & Training Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Attending new and existing client sites to install business software

- Providing face-to-face and web-based customer training

- Advising users on the changes new software will bring to their current way of working

- Evolving an off-the-shelf package to suit the exact requirements of the customer through detailed preparation and communications
