Stag Security Services are currently seeking a Customer Care Manager. The role involves corresponding with our clients on a weekly basis identifying any potential issues and dealing with queries. Daily and weekly reports must be updated and correspondence via email and phone will be necessary. The successful applicant will also manage all national training requirements throughout the company and assist the HR department with letter writing, data processing and record up keep. As the Manager of the department, you will be assisted by an Administration Assistant. Applicants must have the experience and confidence to manage not only the department but also there full time assistant. All applicants must have experience within an Administrative or Managerial role. An excellent track record of Customer Service is also beneficial.
