To assist in running the Customer Service function within the retail business LoCO2 Energy. Job responsibilties will include but not be limited to the following:•To be flexible to help out with customer calls and queries as required, and redirecting and escalating queries where necessary•To monitor customer query email inbox and take action where appropriate•To gain an understanding of the electricity system ESS.•To produce letters welcoming customers to LoCO2 Energy•To respond to customer problems and ensure appropriate action is taken to remedy problems.•To uphold good customer relations practise in line with Consumer Focus requirements.•To enter new customers on the ESS and Magic systems •To enter new customers on the Direct Debit system •To manage the removal of leaving customers from the LoCO2 systems.•To be flexible to help out with Billing issues as necessary
