Customer Services Assistant Location: Manchester City CentreAbout us: Gateway Energy Services is an ambitious company that specialises in the green energy market. As a result of our continuous efforts, our clients experienced increased market share and, more importantly, increased revenue. They’re looking for us to double in size this year and next! About our Openings: If you've worked with customers in the past and you enjoy interacting with people, we may hold the key to your future. You will be responsible for explaining the benefits of our clients’ services to their targeted audience. About the role: Day to day organisation of work load. Processing client surveys and documentation. Maintaining accurate records of customers. Developing knowledge and understanding of our products and services. Skills and Experience: Communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer service experience, including speaking to customers by phone. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. An open and flexible approach to change. Support and share knowledge and work effectively with your team.
