Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RGN/RMN to work with our Home Manager in a nursing home, caring for the elderly.

DEPUTY MANAGER - NURSING HOME - CARING FOR ELDERLY - located in Uxbridge, London

Approx 40 hours a week - full time position

Assisting with and developing Clinical excellence in the home and the day to day running of a busy care home are key aspect’s of this position.

You will have excellent Clinical Knowledge and the ability to share this with all members of the care team. You must be able to lead and support a varied team in delivering excellent standards of care.

Experience in training would be an advantage. Evidence of ongoing professional development is a must.
