Leading orthopaedic implant manufacturer requires a Design Manager to spearhead the development of a NEW Product Engineering function that will provide contract services for their European Customer base. The ideal candidate will have good Orthopaedic product development / manufacturing experience and the experience OR desire to manager multi-functional team.

Operating from their facility in South Yorkshire, you will be responsible for recruiting, motivating and developing a strong customer focused technical team and support new business development activities to achieve growth and sales objectives.
