CLIENT

Our client is well established with close to 50 offices across the UK. The company is well established, profitable and expanding. The key recruitment sectors they focus on are Industrial, Commercial, Driving and Technical.

ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your own Driving Recruitment Division in our clients Chesham office. You will be tasked with growing an already established desk. You will be working alongside a very experienced Billing Manager.
You will have the drive and determination to recruit additional drivers to fulfil the bookings you generate from both existing and new clients. You will use your local knowledge of the Driving market to secure new accounts and competitive margins allowing you to pay above average rates to attract additional high volumes of high quality Drivers.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

**You will have a proven track record of growing and sustaining a profitable Driving Desk/ Branch.
**Have the passion and determination to build up a new business, with all the key skills in sales, staff development, Client servicing along with high standards of administration
**Have excellent negotiation skills, be able to demonstrate innovative ideas that have resulted in new client wins.
**Hold a full UK Driving licence
