Our client have been trading since the early 1990's and support around 5,000 schools on a nationwide basis through their numerous branches. As a leading Education supplier, our client are recognised for their up keeping of vetting procedures and candidate compliance.

The Role

This position for the Education Recruitment Consultant is to join a leading and already very successful team within the Leeds branch, in which your responsibilities will be to grow the Primary business within the area, recruit new teachers on a daily basis and meet with schools to discuss their recruitment options. This will be a full 360 role, with sales and service key to the role.

Ideal Candidate

**You will be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and retain a highly profitable education recruitment desk - Minimum of 12 months Education experience.

**Enjoy and have been successful at both new business sales and account development

**Be a strong team player, with a positive and committed work ethic

**Be able to demonstrate a stable career path and provide excellent references

**Hold a full UK driving licence
