Compensation Package:
• Monthly Salary 10,000 – 18,000 RMB
• Housing Allowance 1,500 – 4,000 RMB
• Quarterly bonus 2,500 – 5,000 RMB
• Flight Allowance 8,000 RMB
• 200RMB per student open class bonus
• 12 days Chinese National holidays + 10 days of annual leave
• 7 days paid hotel accommodation upon arrival

Candidate Requirements:
• All candidates must be native English speakers from, the USA, UK, Ireland Canada, Australia, South Africa or New Zealand.
• Candidates must hold at least BA/BSc degree.
• All candidates must have a minimum of 120 hours in-class ESL certification such as, CELTA, DELTA, and TESOL/TEFL from a recognized institution.
• Due to work visa requirements, candidates must be aged at 50 years or below.
• Candidates with at least TWO years ESL/EFL/ESP teaching experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
