Experienced Quantity Surveyor - Shropshire Following a significant contract win in the area, our Client is now looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to support their growing team. You will be responsible for commercial matters of the company / project and will work effectively, both individually and as part of a team, and demonstrate good IT literacy, commercial awareness and financial acumen. Role includes: Valuation/applications for payment Identifying and agreeing variations to valuations, Reporting on the financial and contractual status of schemes Procuring subcontract packages Managing subcontractors. Experience Required: Good all round civils experience Ideally experience in the water sector Proven management of multiple projects at any one time. Other: Degree or other qualification in Quantity Surveying Full UK driving lience Eligible to live and work in the UK
