We need awesome individuals who believe in justice and want to help people achieve it.

You’ll be on the phone speaking to clients, helping them gather information and ensuring their case is as solid as possible. You'll also be liaising with industry regulators, fighting our client's corner and keeping things moving in the right direction.

You'll need an excellent telephone manner as well great attention to detail and a good eye for accuracy.

You’ll need to be a punctual, motivated person who enjoys responsibility, loves helping people and can work on your own as well as part of a close-knit team. The team atmosphere is informal but professional, so a sense of humour, a high work ethic and the ability to wear a smile on your face will ensure you're a great fit for our team.

The role is an essential part of an invaluable service offered to clients and you’ll be given as much responsible as you can handle. There's plenty of support and training available when you need it.
