We are recruiting on behalf of one our clients for a IT first line support. The successful candidate will be required to join a busy team working to resolve the IT issues of their clients. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic about IT and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving license and have their own transport as they will be required to travel to clients premises from time to time to run diagnostics and carry out on site repairs.

All training will be delivered by the National IT Partnership in Birmingham and so candidates must be willing to learn and travel to their premises. The apprenticeship is an Advanced level 3 Apprenticeship for IT, Telecoms, Web and software professionals in partnership with Walsall College. Training is delivered over a 1 year period with the successful candidate spending time in the training academy and with our client. You will gain CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certifications as well as valuable commercial experience and a training salary of £91.00 per week. Graduates can expect to earn on average £14,000-£18,000 upon completion.
