Main DutiesManage global operations for a named strategic QA account, responsible for both account profitability and customer satisfaction.Act as primary point of contact operationally between e4e and Client. Main duties include:Keep client informed on status and action items for all projects globallyProactively address client requests, suggestions and concernsWork with client to develop understand of future plans and goalsCraft solutions that benefit both client and e4eCo-ordinate communications between client and operational staffWork with sales team to develop opportunitiesLiaise internally with Sales, Finance, HR, Business Excellence, Operations teams dedicated to Client, and Site Heads in 3 centers (US/UK/India) in order to:Generate and validate global billingWork with Site heads and local HR teams to provide timely resourcing for new projectsKeep Head of Sales and Client Relationship Manager apprised of client concerns and initiativesPull and analyze weekly KPI reportsAchieve quality targets through working with operational teams
