An excellent opportunity has arisen for a market leading Specialist Building Manufacturer who requires a Group Leader/Production Leader. In depth training will ensure the successful candidates career will be accelerated quickly, leading to further management opportunities being presented longer term.

Reporting to the Site Manager, your role will involve the management of a high volume production process, with responsibility for production output, quality and health & safety.

Ideal candidate will have a strong background within Man Management within a production environment. Some experience of lean and continuous improvement would be beneficial.
