Juice Hospitality are looking for an experienced Head Receptionist to join their client a busy five star hotel in Herts.

The role will involve the management and running of a reception desk and team. We are specifically looking for someone able to maintain exceptional standards befitting to a five star standard. The ideal candidate will have strong hotel management experience. Duties will involve:
Management of the day to day running of the reception desk.
Communicate eff with other department heads.
Complete departmental rotas and timesheets
Provide concierge type duties
Ensure the smooth handover where needed,
Training, management and development of the team


• At least three years experience in a receptionist role – preferably within the hospitality industry ;
• Previous management experience;
• Excellent, concise and professional telephone manner essential;
• Good typing skills;
• Must command a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook;
