Job Description

Experienced Hydraulic Service Fitters to be based in the warehouse but will carry out occasional onsite work as required at customer's locations, for this reason you will need a full driving licence, and be able to stay away over night. You will be confident and have a good knowledge of hydraulics. We are looking for a good communicator who prides themselves on customer service who is prepared to go above and beyond and be flexible. You will have good previous experience as a Hydraulic fitter and able to work to Hydraulic circuits/drawings, have worked with high pressure systems and have an understanding of test equipment (flow meters, pressure readouts etc), as you strip, examine and fault find on hydraulic products, pumps, motors, valves etc.
Pc skills are required - as you will need to write up reports, view catalogues and drawings in PDF, and prepare BOM's.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 year experience, having previously worked in a service department environment.
Educated to level 2 City and Guilds as a minimum and or BFPA/NFPC equivalent.
Ability to respond to deadlines by working additional hours and at short notice.
Some weekend work possible.
Able to work as part of a team.
High regard to work quality and to meeting delivery deadlines.
Reliable and in good health.
Effective Planner and organiser.
PC skills required.
A full driving licence is required.
