Role

Their key aim for this 360 degree Industrial/Driving Recruitment role is to deliver unrivalled sales and customer service levels to Driving clients, maintaining and expanding the existing client base - continually developing new business in order to achieve and exceed the performance standards set down in your career plan, with excellent administration support that genuinely reduces unnecessary paperwork.

Within this company you have the benefit of working on dual desk which allows maximum sales and servicing activity to take place on a daily basis, allowing your desk growth and business connections to increase within a shorter time frame as experienced when working alone.

Ideal Candidate

Be responsible for maintaining and developing current accounts

:- Competent at new business development both over the phone and face to face.

:- A proven track record of Industrial Recruitment, preferably within a local geographical region of Cardiff.

:- Genuine team player with a proven track record of success

:- Motivated to progress up the career ladder.

:- Hold a UK current driving licence
