Client

Our Client has been established for over 30 years with a growing number of offices in Scotland and Northern England, focused mainly on the Engineering and Industrial Recruitment sectors



Role

You will be targeted to build a new Industrial Desk to cover both West and South Yorkshire, you will be working alongside a well-established team of 5 Technical Recruiters.

You will be able to canvas and develop new Industrial accounts from your own contacts, from existing Engineering and Technical clients and from new prospecting calls.

Have a minimum 12 months experience as a 360 degree, Recruitment Consultant preferably in the Industrial sector. (Other sectors such as Construction & Driving will be considered).
Be confident and capable of taking detailed job specification, writing & placing vacancies, interviewing both face to face and over the phone
Be self motivated and enjoy working and creating a high performing team environment
Receive regular training & personal development to up skill and improve your performance
Preferably live within a 30 minute commute and have your own transport
