We are seeking to attract only the finest talent now to develop this exciting role.This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for people development who is able to engage with young people as they embark on an IT apprenticeship programme. Motivating and supporting them with their personal development you will mentor individuals, assessing young people on intermediate apprenticeship and advanced apprenticeship programmes along with liaising with employers. This role offers the flexibility for a part time post with a view to growing into a full time role as the programme develops. A1 or D32/ D33 qualified and holding a teaching qualification (PTLLS or above) you will have experience delivering both classroom based learning and assessing NVQ/QCF qualifications in the work place. You will have delivered IT to learners in a previous role and have experience of delivering IT for Users & Practitioners at levels 2 & 3. Working from home and managing a caseload of learners within Greater London you will be focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers. Candidates that are V1/ D34 qualified will be looked upon favourably. Non negotiables for this role are good communication and IT skills, well developed written and oral skills along with a flexible and reliable approach to responsibilities. A self motivator with an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills. Candidates will be subject to an enhanced CRB check.
