At Greenpoint we pride ourselves on fantastic customer service, it is true to say we are a customer centric company.Working in our Helpdesk you will be responsible for answering calls raising support tickets, managing the lifecycle of your tickets from beginning through to the end.passing tickets to engineers liaising with our customers keeping ownership of the tickets through to completion.The main aim is to give our customer a great customer experienceleaving engineers to focus on tickets.This is a progressive role moving into First / Second / Third LineTYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?- Answer a volume of inbound calls and emails relating to technical queries- Troubleshoot the technical queries - Ensure all enquiries are logged and all problems are followed through until resolved
