Job Description

We are recruiting for an additional Support Engineer to assist us in providing an excellent level of service to our wide range of clients. The role will be based on site in Paddington and will provide back up and support to the Glasgow helpdesk. Occasional visits to Hitchin will be required.
This role will involve providing 2nd line support (via telephone, remote support and site visits) as part of a busy remote helpdesk environment
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer facing skills and is also comfortable working under pressure to meet customer expectations.
