Job Description

1. ICT Support provision for Derbyshire-based Primary schools

2. External Technical Support:
a. On site help for customer problems
b. On site visits as timetabled by Derbyshire LEA
c. Diagnosing equipment faults
d. Provide on site support and advice to teaching staff

3. Other duties:
a. Provide sales and technical assistance to other areas of the business outside of term time
b. To be involved in new and emerging products
