First Thought Marketing is currently recruiting for a Junior Marketer / Sales Agent to join an energetic office in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company who are committed to expanding their market share within a highly competitive marketplace.

The company specialises within the commodities market as a financial vehicle for capital appreciation. However previous knowledge is not required as full training will be given.

We are seeking confident individuals that clearly demonstrate their ambition, desire to progress and are willing to continually learn new skills which require them to step out of their comfort zone. Experience is sales would be ideal, but is not essential as full training will be provided by experienced sales trainers who collectively have over 30 years of experience in the industry.

The role and responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential clients, overcoming objections and building rapport
Effectively communicating the features and benefits of the product and market, qualifying the prospect for our service and should they be suitable, sending out the relevant literature
Candidates will need to be self-motivated and focused as they will be required to make 150 – 250 calls a day

Computer literate
No Experience Necessary

Most experienced consultants in the company earn upwards of £5,000 per month! Make no mistake, many earn £20,000 in their first year, some earn over £100,000, the difference being that
if you are someone who understands high rewards come from hard work then you will be in
control of your own uncapped earnings.

Progression in company is completely down to the individual, they like to promote in-house and
outstanding performers will be trained and moved up the hierarchy to a senior role, within 3 to 6
months.
