Language Course Advisor

As Language Course Advisor at Cactus Language Training, you will primarily be working with a wide range of individuals and companies to set up and deliver language training courses – from initial enquiry to sale to ongoing course management. You will work across all Cactus language training products, including open group courses, language courses abroad, and TEFL courses.

Key responsibilities include:
• Advising potential clients on language training courses & options
• Ongoing administration and monitoring of courses
• Maintaining & growing departmental sales
• Providing excellent customer service
