Ariston Property are an independent estate, letting and property management agency established for over 15 years. We are looking to recruit a bright lettings/sales negotiator to join our existing sales team.

The ideal candidate

should have a minimum of 12 months solid experience in the industry.

be a confident communicator, with strong interpersonal skills

be able to establish and then meet clients needs, whether they be landlords, vendors, tenants or buyers

be of smart appearance, energetic, and reliable

have good IT skills

be able to generate new business through canvassing and networking

able to work in a busy office environment alone or or as part of a team

live within 45 minutes commuting time of our offices Hornsey Raod London N19 3QN

Salary basic £12K pa plus commission plus car allowance

Hours of employment

Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm plus alternate Saturdays 9.30 am is to 4.00 pm.

Annual leave 28 days including public holidays

Mobile phone for business usage will be provided

The successful candidate must have a clean driver?s license and proivde a suitable motor car for travel
to and from viewings.
