A successful well established lettings agent based in Bournemouth is recruiting for a Lettings Manager to maximise the overall income and profitability of the branch. A confident and professional communicator is required to maintain regular contact with the company’s clients, as well as developing new business. Other responsibilities include: Qualify landlords according to company policy. Manage staff. Ensure all sign ups are dealt with efficiently and explanations are provided to tenants where necessary. Carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner when required. Ensure you comply at all times with all legislative requirements and company directives, policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will already have Lettings experience and be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement. They will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly organised. The role comes with an attractive salary negotiable from £25,000 to £35,000 depending on relevant experience.
