Job Title: Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover 9 -12 Months)
Environment: Hospitality/Property Services. Full Time Hours plus weekend on call availability.
Juice Hospitality are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager from a Property and/or Hospitality Background to cover a Marketing Maternity Cover role for 9 to 12 Months. The role will include 360 Management of Marketing to include
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan in line with company vision.
Manging Marketing budget
Supplier management
Website Management
Brand Management
Web Portal management
Online and Offline Marketing
Management of the Marketing Team (2 Pax)
Specific Requirements
a highly experienced marketing professional with a relevant track record within a related industry (ie property, hotel, hospitality etc)
an understanding of target markets and developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
experience of working with online and offline teams
able and willing to challenge existing thinking
a self-motivated and enthusiastic person who likes to aim high and achieve goals, with a common sense approach
the ability to manage analytical and creative challenges
the ability to manage and deliver a project within a given timescale and to a given budget
experience in managing web projects
strong background in managing a team
